Nightly rate:
 $350/night with a three-night
minumum.
  One week minimum for Thanksgiving
and Christmas.
Additional nights:
 $250/night
Weekly rate:
 $1700/week  Maximum stay two
weeks.
Pet fee:
 $25 per pet per day
Security deposit:
 $300, fully
refundable.

CLEANING
There is NO cleaning fee!  You are on vacation, and there
are no requirements for cleaning the house when you vacate
the premises.

SMOKING
No smoking inside the house.  Smoking is allowed on the
deck and side porch.
